Net Tango, Inc., a leading provider of web based business solutions, is looking for an experienced PHP developer to join our dynamic team. If selected, you will work with our outstanding team to perform system analysis, provide technical input for proposals and project specifications, develop and program web based and mobile systems and provide great customer service to our customers.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related
  • 3+ years of PHP development experience

Required Skills

  • Experience with PHP and MySQL
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS in multi-browser environments
  • Solid understanding of Javascript frameworks (e.g. jQuery)
  • Strong Wordpress knowledge and experience (with ability to create custom plugins and enhance existing plugins)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Manage and set priorities
  • Passion for learning new technology 

Desired But Not Mandatory

  • Experience with ASP.Net
  • Knowledge of other CMS platforms (e.g. Drupal, Joomla, etc.)
  • Knowledge of installing, configuring and maintaining Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP packages
  • Experience utilizing software APIs
  • Experience with mobile development (iOS/Android)
