We support a number of intranet and extranet web based systems for AT&T. We began working with AT&T, formerly BellSouth, in 1997. Among the many AT&T projects we support, we are especially proud of two systems: The AT&T Customer Rules! and CORE.
The AT&T Customer Rules! is an employee award and recognition program designed to support and encourage seamless customer service across the organization and around the world. The site is used by over 400,000 employees to recognize and reward good customer service and to nominate and deliver awards to customer service leaders.
CORE, developed by Net Tango, is a suite of applications for External & Legislative Affairs, including the enterprise wide philanthropic payment application and a Legislative and Public Affairs stakeholder management application.
