We created a beautiful new look for Nashville’s world-class convention center. Situated in downtown Nashville, the Nashville Music City Center features 1.2 million square feet of meeting and exhibit space. Their new site helps them easily connect with thousands of planners, exhibitors, and visitors.
Goals
The two main goals for the new website were to design a more inviting, modern website, and improve the overall user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). Users need to be able to quickly and easily access the information they need, and download relevant resources.
To design a site that not only looks great, but also works great, we started with user research and competitor analysis. This allowed our team to make better-informed decisions on content strategy, site structure, and overall design direction. The new responsive design makes it easy to get the right information quickly and easily – whether a potential exhibitor looking to book an event to a visitor needing directions.

The completely redesigned website, nashvillemusiccitycenter.com, is built on Drupal 7, and features a modern, purpose-built design, an improved user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), and an entirely new information architecture. Other features include an improved events calendar, news, search, and Flickr integration.
